Atlus today confirmed that they will continue supporting the servers for online play in break-out Playstation 3 hit and game-of-the-year contender Demon's Souls until at least March 2011. Have you played it yet?
So you've got a little time left to try out the online, if you haven't already.

I've had that game for almost a year now and still haven't gotten around to playing it yet. Probably wont since my ps3 died from the stupid bluray speed update.

I think its hilarious that they are even considering shutting down the servers ever...
This game put them back in the black after years of being near bankruptcy...
Last year they had something like a $141M deficit... this year a little over $400M in profit... I might have the figures a little screwy, but I'm going off of memory.
Either way, the game is a great game for people with absolutely no life, or absolutely no way to get out of the house and somehow get a different game.
I loved it until it got outrageously difficult... which was shortly after I walked though a gate I could not exit, which contained the cheapest boss I have ever encountered in a game... actually most of the fighting is cheaply against your favor until you somehow defeat that enemy... at which point, you neglect to save, or don't make it to the switch that magically opens the door 2 feet away from where you started the level.
Either way, the game is worth a shot, overall its a solid game, and depending on how you end up after a few hours, you might even get stuck playing it for months... or swearing never to touch the stupid thing again... but trying again anyway.
I actually went through the trouble of erasing all game data from my harddrive, to not play it again... and still managed to try it again for like 8 hours...
I have since traded it for Little big Planet...

"my ps3 died from the stupid bluray speed update" It seems to me that Sony owes you a new PS3... And I'm sure alot of others.
