So I was wondering what set ups you guys use for Forza both in game and playing.
First in game: What assist and view are you guys using.
I currently have:
Far 3rd person view Brakes - ABS on (assisted braking on if I'm running the High Speed track for cash) Steering - Simulation Stability Control - Off Traction Control - On (have you tried driving the SSC without it??) Shifting - Auto Suggested Line - Braking Only Damage - Limited Rewind - Off (for +20% its better to just restart the race)
Now to play is anyone using a wheel or the multi screen setup? Or just regular controller and old fashioned 1 TV? I've looked into both the 3 screen and wheels but both seem pretty pricey to get a decent set up going.

Well I have all my settings on Expert besides the Damage...
I generally like to turn off the HUD completely, and race from in car.
its a bit of a toss up though when I am doing the Drifting things, I switch to bumper cam, and go to straight Manual, because Dropping the clutch AND tapping the brake while downshifting and tapping the E-brake while feathering the throttle gets a bit tough to handle when the car stalls.
I still don't like the R1 or X class at all, especially since the clutch is digital and not analog.
I would love to set up a Racing rig for Forza, or ANY driving game at some point, but at this stage of my life, I might need to spend that $5000 somewhere else... like maybe a real car.
I do Have a wheel... but its the Microsoft one, with paddle shifters and only 2 pedals... so I don't bother trying to use it without a clutch, or a chair that doesn't roll every time I go from brake to gas... While it would be only about $30 in wood to build a decent looking and sturdy dock for the wheel and pedals, I have limited space to put it.
Maybe NEXT gen... and The Manual with Clutch is awesome... and Sokar... just tune your brakes... 45% front, 90% pressure... much more responsive than ABS.
