What Microsoft calls an “issue” swept Xbox Live yesterday morning, setting gamerscores to zero and making achievements disappear from hundreds of profiles. The issue is now resolved, but gamers are advised to log in to Xbox Live and check their profiles. If your gamerscore has been reset to zero or you're missing achievements, you need to log out of Xbox Live and log back in to see if they reappear. If not, you should re-download your profile. If you were unlocking achievements yesterday, roughly between 10 AM and 12 PM EST, then the issue may have kept Xbox Live from properly recording it. If you can't get the achievement to reappear even after re-downloading your profile, then you may be forced to earn the achievement over again. Again, if you're not sure if your profile was affected, just log into Xbox Live and see if your gamerscore and achievements list looks right.
